Our daily Chefs' meeting was on as usual except for an hour later. It was nice to relax and have breakfast with Brian but I should have not delayed leaving for the park as Breyerfest started today and there was traffic lined up as far as the eye could see. I was ten minutes late for my meeting.
The riders and horses had a good work out today getting things sorted for the final competition tomorrow. There were a lot of determined focused faces and everyone was given the chance to work individually in the pen.
We were finished at the arena by 2.30 pm and I had even completed my paperwork consisting of nominations for the awards to be presented by the event. Brian and I, with Gizmo, of course, went on a nice drive around the countryside and a Chinese dinner. Early to bed tonight to try and catch up on some sleep before another hectic day tomorrow.
It will be so exciting
