Canada has Silver and Bronze medal teams tonight thanks to some awesome rides by some of the youngest riders representing their country in international equestrian competition . Today was very exciting as each rider entered the arena determined to top their best but as we all know anything can happen in the pen.

The Canadian Junior team of Emily Birch (Sunup Dun It) and Micaela Maharaj (Fancy Footprint) from Manitoba, Emily Wilson (Miss Cielo Chex) of Ontario, and Haley Franc (Jacs Shy Boy), Saskatchewan scored a 592.5 good enough for the silver medal just 1.5 points short of gold medal winners USA South East with a total of 594. The bronze medal went to USA South Central with a combined total of 583.5. The highest individual score was set by Karl Johnson on Roses for Wrangler closely followed by Haley Franc and Micaela Maharaj

The Young Rider team of Megan Robinson (Sheza Smart Cookie), Manitoba and Starr Boisvert (Stick To Your Guns), Ontario scored 415 to receive the bronze medal. USA South Central won the gold with 642 and USA South East the silver with a total 623.5. Megan received the second highest individual score of the competition.
